Plants Orbiting

A collection of sketches and prints exploring the growth and movements of flowering plants. I am interested in how they follow the sunlight and climb in directions determined by their species (e.g. vine direction of wisteria). In some studies, I am also making the space surrounding them visible as a reference to plants' function as purifiers of the air we breathe. The orb-like circles in some of them represent gravitational forces, cycles, and rotations.
